Aliante – This latest development of 1,905 acres in the northern regions of Las Vegas has a projected 7,000 homes and will host an estimated of a 20,000 people at its launch. There will be recreational services like a golf course and various sporting facilities. Schools have also been in the plans for this community which will allow convenient access to education. Built and designed by a number of companies such as Del Webb's Sun City Aliante, K B Homes, Pulte, D R Horton and Pardee Homes.

The Ranch is 1300 acres and located atop the Black Mountains. Iron Mountain Ranch – The modest northwestern development of 337 acres has only started construction and will feature 1700 reasonably costing houses and an excellent spa.
