Los Prados – Featuring two main sections; the more family-oriented and the seniors area .This active adult community is a more affordable accommodation option as compared to other adult communities. On the northwest side lies a secure golf course. A recreation center, tennis courts and two swimming pools are also featured in this community. Prices here vary according to the type of your accommodation.
Promenade – Located close to Meadows Mall- west of the famous Las Vegas Strip - is this modest active adult community which is near several retail and food establishments. The cost of staying here varies according to the type of your accommodation.
Siena – On the southern edge of Summerlin, is a community that easily shadows other Sun City projects. An incredible 665 acre gated active adult community exceeding 1,800 homes that boasts fantastic scenery. Centrally built to surround an excellently designed golf course, the view from your front porch will be panoramic! Other facilities include hiking trails to indoor state-of-the-art theatre. The type of accommodation will largely decide the price quoted.
Solera – Providing an excellent view of the Las Vegas Valley, this beautifully designed establishment within Anthem’s proximity is a reasonably priced age-exclusive locality by Del Webb. Inaugurated in 2003 spring, it is located near Anthem's Rever Golf Club which has two communal golf courses wonderfully built at the bottom of Henderson's Black Mountains, Lexington and Concord. These golf courses exceed 7000 yards and have at least 5 tee locations for golfers regardless of one's playing skill. At $50 a month, association fees at Solera are a bargain, but this lowered cost, as compared to Sun City, comes at a price, it does not have a gold course of its own. However, it does still feature a recreation center filled with a multitude of activities. Energy Star homes mean that service costs are kept to a minimum, there are a few that feature a casita choice. The cost of staying here is in the intermediate category.
Sun City Aliante – The latest Sun City venture constructed at the northern edge running parallel to the I-215 beltway to be incorporated in the Aliante community. As part of Sun City, there are a few different types of homes available and an impressive 6900 yard 18-hole golf course, as well as the usual mix of swimming pools, gymnasiums, tennis, crafts, personal computer center and more! A stay here can cost various prices depending on one's preference.
Sun City Anthem – The Anthem, yet another Sun City project, is located in the Las Vegas Valley, offering a superb picturesque view of the town and mountains. The establishment boasts the very scenic Revere Golf Club which is collectively thought to be tougher than the average golf courses. Card rooms, tennis and bocce ball are just a few examples of activities available in the newly built high tech recreation centre catered to physically active and culturally curious residents. Prices for units range from medium to the high.
Sun City McDonald Ranch – Located south of Green Valley Ranch, this projects was built close to Sun City Summerlin which is located at MacDonald Ranch near the foot of the Black Mountains. The Ranch contains a recreation center equipped with a gymnasium, hobby rooms, card rooms, volleyball, tennis, computer labs and more. Designed by Bill Casper and Greg Nash, the Desert Willows golf course is lavish with beautiful flora and fauna. Cost of staying here depends on your preferences but it tends to be pricier than other homes in the vicinity.
Sun City Summerlin - This earliest Del Webb project in Las Vegas enjoys popular interest. It contains a recreation center, scenic locations for relaxation, and three excellent golf courses that can be utilized at an economical cost. A stay here can cost various prices depending on your preference.
Sun Mountain Retirement Community – Sun Mountain continues to be the haven for retirees. Seniors love this community due to its warm, neighborly and friendly atmosphere. Facilities designed specially for daily activities are included and specialised personnel tend to the elderly citizens' needs round the clock.
