ABOUT GABRIELE: 

As a 20 year resident of Las Vegas I have seen the city grow from a relatively small town to the vibrant metropolitan area it is today and I am much exited about the future of this city.  I not only have bought and sold my own homes but have owned investment properties in the area and strongly believe in the continued evolution of Las Vegas into a culture and economical diverse city which has so much more to offer.

I became a real estate agent to continue being part of the growth of Las Vegas and being able to contribute my expertise and knowledge of the area.   Through my affiliation with Coldwell Banker I have established relationships with vendors and service personnel who will make every effort to ensure a smooth real estate transaction.  Not only do I work with inspectors, title companies, home warranties and insurances, but I also work with some of the best lenders in the industry and will work with them to get my customers the very best loan.

My background of  25+ years in the 4 and 5 star hospitality industry in high level sales and management positions have honed my customer service skills and make me focus on what is important to my clients and service their needs and desires to find the right home or investment property.  Once we have found the right property, I will perform a full CMA and then negotiate strongly on my client’s behalf.

ABOUT FRED:

I moved to the Las Vegas / Henderson area in the early 90’s to enjoy the fabulous climate and many outdoor activities. I have watched this community in Nevada develop and mature into one of the world’s finest and most diversified places to live.

My background prior to real estate was in transportation, logistics, and the trade show and convention industry. Their common element is the importance of providing good service and success is measured largely by customer satisfaction. The importance of knowing what it takes to provide strong customer service is a key ingredient to having success in real estate as well.

The positions I held over 25+ years were of management and executive level. They afforded me the opportunity to be financially and strategically involved in facility locations along with their purchase and sale. I was also directly involved in the terms and conditions of lease agreements, building, land and equipment purchases.

The many moves and relocations I experienced during my career afforded me a strong knowledge of the housing market as both a buyer and seller. It also developed in me a true empathy for what families go through in times of relocation.

As part of The Buonacorsi Team I handle both commercial and residential real estate. I have found that my background has afforded me the knowledge to work in both areas. By offering commercial and residential real estate services we can better service the needs of many of our customers. The interaction with the community that is required to do both commercial and residential real estate provides us a more in depth knowledge of the trends and market conditions of the area.
